Video Radiohead - "House of Cards" Video

Radiohead has just made the Lawnmower Man of music videos with the innovative camera-free clip for "House of Cards." They used "3D plotting technologies" (which would explain the weird ultrasound Thom Yorke) that "collected information about the shapes and relative distances of objects." Trippy.
The video also looks like those metal pin things that you push your hand (or face) into, but I don't know what those are called. Metal pin things? Ugh, nevermind.
