O to the M to the F to the G!
Against Me (ex-neck beards), Ted Leo (ex-Chisel), and Future of the Left (ex-mclusky) all on the same bill?
Yes. Yes. Oh God, yes!
This show eliminates the problem with attending an Against Me concert, which is just trying to justify to yourself why are you watching a major label pop punk bands whose best days are (most likely) behind them? Aren't you a bit old for that sort of thing? Especially when you so easily recognize the reference point in their (pretty awesome) new video? But package the Florida punks with the unfuckwithable Ted Leo and the Welsh lyrical genius of Future of the Left, and suddenly it's all okay. In fact, it's a pretty perfect lineup.
All three bands perform on October 25th at the Roseland.
Against Me - "So Much More"
Ted Leo & The Pharmacists - "Annunciation Day / Born on Christmas Day"
Future of the Left - "adeadenemyalwayssmellsgood"
