Seattle's Dead Science made a record called Villainaire and it's decadent, gorgeous, and just all-around a phenomenal release. We'll write about it more once the band comes south, but in the meantime we invite you to peep their dual mixtapes in honor of the new album.

Idolator touches on the concept--indie bands using a longtime hiphop marketing tool to promote a new disc--as both mixes are currently available on the band's website for free. There is an "originals" remix, and one courtesy of Digga Crates Elpee and Vakashi Sensei from Philadelphia. The track below features the boy behind the Parenthetical Girls, Zac Pennington (a former Merc editorial drone), plus the enigmatic voice of Bmore's Celebration, Katrina Ford.
