Rererato, the multifaceted show/art/everything else space, in NE Portland will be closing their doors next month.

After a year and a half of countless amazing events here at Rererato, we have decided to focus on some of our other projects, and close up shop in mid-November. Running the space has been a labor of love, a really rewarding experience, but its time for us to move on. It's been a wild ride, and we'd like to thank everyone for their support and involvement.

But before they join the great big venue in the sky, they are going out with a slew of great shows: Lake and Arrington de Dionyso (October 20th), Elmapi + Matterlink and Ah Holly Fam'ly (October 28th), a massive Halloween party with Flaspar, and tons more as well. Also, if you want to throw your hat in the ring...

If you or anyone you know may be interested in running your own art salon/music venue at this address, we would love to hear from you. It would be great to see the space continue to be used in this way, and our landlord would give preference to those interested in doing so.

Farewell, sweet Rererato.
