News The Band of My Dreams!

It's like someone has been reading my secret dream journal (What? Stop laughing. As if don't have one.), because Punknews reports that Jawbreaker (and Jets To Brazil) frontman Blake Schwarzenbach has joined forces with the Jack Kerouac of punk rock, Aaron Cometbus (Cometbus, Crimpshine, Pinhead Gunpowder) to form a new band.
Oh, and they got the pictures to prove it.
Supposedly titled The Thorns of Life, the band was photographed by Brooklyn DIY and no one seems to know much about them. Except me. I will now answer all your questions about this new superstar band:
Q: What do they sound like?
A: They sound like the greatest band ever. Play both of the MP3s at the same time, it will probably sound like that.
Q: You know they aren't going to be that good, there's no way this band can lead up to the hype.
A: Shut up, I hate you. And, besides, that isn't a question.
Q: When will they play in Portland?
A: Knowing the track record of Schwarzenbach and Cometbus, probably never.
