News Mississippi Studios Grand Re-Opening Details

No longer just a dangerous open pit of construction, Mississippi Studios is gearing up for their grand re-opening launch on Wednesday, March 4th. The quaint and intimate venue has been completely remodeled and now will just be referred to as intimate.
Their first show, "Mississippi Rising" (good call not going with "Mississippi Burning"), will be a free affair with performances by Weinland, Rebecca Gates, Pete Krebs, and tons more. The venue has also posted their full calendar, where you can peep some upcoming lot of shows as well. Also, Mississippi Studios will be hosting a lone pre-opening show (huh?) with Dave Alvin on Valentine's Day. Nothing says romance like rubble and the guy from the Blasters.
