MP3 Airwaves - "Shine On"

Wooooo sun! To celebrate, here's a song by Air Waves, a fantastic little group from Brooklyn with Nicole Schneit as the mastermind. Her music seems to have developed according to the following formula: write sweet 'n straightforward little numbers, back them up with shimmery guitar strums and recruit a friend or two throw in some tambourine or keys.
So far the group has released but one EP on the very cool Catbird Records, but methinks there are great things to come. Air Waves will be playing several shows at SXSW next week with such buzz bands as The Vivian Girls, Crystal Stilts and These Are Powers, so hopefully a bit of the spotlight will make its way over to them.
