Tonight! / MP3 Panda at KJ's!

Has anyone ever seen a show at KJ's? It's that bar by the New Seasons on Division. Anyway, I guess they have shows there every now and then. I've never been there. Tonight, a local band called Panda is playing, and their upbeat rock is packed with melody and an impulsive garage momentum. Their record is a lot of fun; it almost sounds like a collection of lost singles of a great, overlooked band from 1966—or 1980. Check out Panda below. They have some more shows listed on their MySpace (and their blog is informative, but has a bit of the hard-sell sales pitch), or you can check 'em out tonight at KJ's.
