Alan Singley Signs to Bladen County

Posted by Ezra Ace Caraeff on Mon, Mar 16, 2009 at 8:51 AM

Alan Singley, Portland's premier Bacharach-obsessed pop crooner, has signed a deal with local label Bladen County Records. Huzzah!

No stranger to the label—Singley appeared on their A Moveable Feast compilation last year—his Feelin' Citrus album will be out this August. The record is years in the making (according to Singley, he started way back in May 2007), and the first release to combine his vibrant pop style with grand arrangements and a full ten piece orchestra.
