Live From Duesseldorf! No, seriously. Hauschka is fucking amazing. He manipulates his piano, jamming and taping shit into it to get percussive and synthesized type tones. And if they sound cool over my computers 1/2" shit-can speaker, in the spacious Holocene tonight, well, expect to be moved. Tonight the German wonder is playing with a string quartet, so yes, an ideal opportunity to expand your palate...

And here's my "Ezra Joke:" Joining Hauschka tonight is unknown local act, Grouper.

Hauschka's last album "Ferndorf" was way, way underappreciated. Really gorgeous stuff.
