Today marks the debut of Blitzen Trapper's epic video for their Tom Petty-esque murder ballad "Black River Killer." I'd post it here, but thanks to shrewd corporate synergy—or perhaps they just really like those free AOL CDs—it's only available on the AOL Spinner site. Damn you, dinosaur internet company of the '90s. Instead of using Lycos to search for it, you can just watch it here. Oops, what I meant to say is that the video is totally embeddable and AOL rules.

All kidding aside, this excellent video—directed by Daniel Elkayam—follows the song's rambling/murdering protagonist as he fights the law (and wins), the media, and his inner demons.
