Stream the New Raveonettes

Posted by Ned Lannamann on Tue, Oct 6, 2009 at 9:32 AM

Feel like a Danish this morning? Eh? Eh? How about two?

Ugh. Sorry. What I mean by that lame pastry joke is that the new Raveonettes album, In and Out of Control, comes out today, and you can stream the entire thing right now over at the Raveonettes' website. (Get it? They are Danish!) You can either go there, or go to their "Share" page, which also includes the album widget along with every piece of video that goes along with the album. It's a good one, not breaking out of the Danish duo's established template, but embracing the Spector-meets-shoegaze of their familiar sound. The Raveonettes visit the Doug Fir on November 7.
