Video Fucking Metal

So the other day we got some hate mail telling us to "man up, put on some leather, and write about some fucking metal." The sentiment, as I see it, was kind of right on. Too bad I know nothing about metal except that YOB from Eugene is pretty good. Perhaps this upcoming documentary on the rise of black metal in Europe will provide enough background. And if not, check the dude in there slicing the SHIT out of his arm! I do know that's fucking metal!

That's what I'm talking about. Wish you guys would branch out from the indie/whine rock coverage and get some harder stuff up in here.

you definitely should at least do a blog entry on Nachtmystium playing at Satyricon next week, cause they're pretty fucking (black) meddle (as they like to put it).
