News / I'm Drunk! Daniel Johnston at Wieden+Kennedy

Without touching too much on WKE, which I'm totally suspicious/jaded/confused about, the folks over at Wieden+Kennedy had Daniel Johnston over at their offices and taped the performance. No date on the thing, but I'd sure like to know when it happened considering Daniel offers a Christmas greeting and hasn't officially toured Portland since September.
Anyway, It makes me feel a little uneasy. I can't quite put my finger on it. You? Am I crazy? Or drunk? But having Daniel Johnston over during lunch at the office seems strange, even for W+K—especially if they flew him in for a one-off.
But I certainly dig it when Johnston sings:
Stab your brother in the back / and pick up your paycheck
You can hear an interview as well over at WKE on the "Junkdrawer." Then you can wonder why?
