Upcoming Benefit Shows for Haiti in Portland

You've seen the photos, read the articles, and watched the celebrity Phone-a-Thon on Larry King Live; Haiti desperately needs our help. As of late, benefit shows have been popping up all over our fair city of philanthropists. Here is a list of the shows that have been announced so far, with more to come; head out if you're feeling social. Or, make a donation to Mercy Corps. Either way, do something.
Thursday, 1/21:
Songs for Haiti @ Aladdin Theater
w/ Thomas Lauderdale, Storm Large, Portland Cello Project & more!
100% of ticket sales will go to Mercy Corps, with hopes of raising up to $25,000. $30, 7:30pm
Saturday, 1/23:
Groove Movement II & Haiti Benefit @ Mt. Tabor Theater
w/ Chervona, Interversion and Voltronic
9pm, $8
Sunday, 1/24:
Haiti Benefit @ The Kennedy School
w/ Classical Revolution PDX, Matt Sheehy & The Dimes
7pm, donations at the door
L'Union Fair La Force (which means "With Unity Comes Strength"): An Evening for Haiti @ Holocene
w/Pyramiddd (formerly Starfucker), Deelay Ceelay, Gulls, & DJ New Moon Poncho.
100% of the bar profits will go to Mercy Corps. 8pm, $10 Buy Tickets in Advance.
Monday, 1/25:
All Souls Rising- Benefit for Haiti @ The Woods
w/ Builders and the Butchers, Tu Fawning and Nick Jaina.
All of the money from the door will go to Mercy Corps, but additional donations are welcome. 8pm. $10. Buy Tickets in Advance
