What a nice looking bunch of gentlemen.
  • Jannica Honey
  • What a nice looking bunch of gentlemen.

Election results? iTampons? Greg Oden's wang? We at End Hits care not for such stories, because we have just learned of the BEST NEWS WE HAVE HEARD ALL YEAR. And that news is that Frightened Rabbit is coming back to Portland! Newly a five-piece, Frightened Rabbit* is releasing a new album this spring, titled The Winter of Mixed Drinks**, and are subsequently hitting the road, coming to Portland on May 17, for a show at Berbati's Pan.

To say we are excited is an understatement.

* or, as we have referred to them once or twice, the GREATEST BAND IN THE HISTORY OF EVER
** or, THE GREATEST ALBUM TITLE EVER CONCEIVED

More and more, I'm starting to think that "The Midnight Organ Fight" is the single best album of the 2000s.
