Don't forget! Tomorrow's the release show for the 2010 PDX Pop Now! compilation at Holocene. It's an excellent 40-track set of all local music, with exclusive tracks that you can't get anywhere else. (Including the one below!) Your $10 at the door gets you a copy of the new double-disc comp, plus live sets from Deelay Ceelay, the Angry Orts, Tope (featured below), and a DJ set from Great Mundane. AND the event is all ages. The PDX Pop Now! compilations are always excellent distillations of the flourishing Portland music scene—with this year's featuring tunes from Menomena, Blitzen Trapper, Laura Veirs and many more, it will be no exception.
