Video Portland's Mayor Now Has a Portrait of Isaac Brock on His Wall

Um, so this is weird. Or, maybe it's totally normal for Portland. I don't even know any more.
Our esteemed mayor Sam Adams was presented with this life-sized oil painting portrait of Modest Mouse frontman Isaac Brock. Painted by local artist Alexander Rokoff, the painting is now hanging in the mayor's city hall office. I am not making any of this up.
