You'd think that the all-local, all-ages, all-awesome PDX Pop Now! would perhaps talk to the supportive local media—us, WW, Asian Reporter—when leaking what bands they have on the docket for this year's festival.
Once again, it seems as if all music news must go through Pitchfork. Take it away, Brooklyn/Chicago website:

Many more Portland bands, including Menomena, Blitzen Trapper, Laura Veirs, and Nice Nice have also contributed to PDX Pop Now!'s benefit compilation.
