11 days until the 2010 PDX Pop Now! Festival kicks off. Until then, take a moment to get a little better acquainted with two of the acts that will be performing.

Krebsic Orkestar is a Balkan gypsy brass ensemble that sometimes tops out at fifteen members, sharing the haunting, infectious Eastern Folk with us Western folk.

Originally from Tacoma, Kusikia (pronounced "Koo-See-Kee-Ah") jazzily contort and experiment with the wailing peaks and hushed valleys of guitar and drums based post-rock.
