Let's Talk About... Hey Disney, Where's My Money?

Recently mom-and-pop record label Walt Disney Records mailed me an unsolicited promotional CD, but they shorted the United States Postal Service $0.34 in postage. Turns out we have to pay that amount. Ellen, our friendly mail carrier, even left us this note and a handy little envelope for us to put the coins into.
What makes it worse is that this was the CD. That's worth $0.29 and not a penny more.
Way to go, Disney.
