The Thermals - “Not Like Any Other Feeling” Video

Posted by Ezra Ace Caraeff on Thu, Mar 3, 2011 at 4:03 PM

The Thermals have a history of cool videos and that tradition continues with this adorable clip for “Not Like Any Other Feeling.” Director Clyde Peterson was behind this shoot which took six months to create (!) and involved volunteers and a location in Seattle's Cal Anderson Park. In the end, the video cost $301 million dollars to make, slightly more than Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, the previous record holder for most expensive film ever.

But it's totally worth it. Chalk rockets! A fake NASA command center! Cardboard televisions! Astronauts! It looks more authentic than the fake moon landing. You just can't get details like this if you skimp on your video budget.
