It's been a year since Portland's the Miracles Club released their first single, "Light of Love." So, like any self-appreciating house band, they're treating us to a 12" remixes release on Cutters Records, the label founded by the mix wizards of Cut Copy, who themselves concocted one of the 5 new versions of the song.
Don't believe me? Well, there's proof, as Cut Copy's re-working of the insanely danceable jam now finds itself the subject of the Miracles Club's latest video. Directed by Judah Switzer, the video features "Vogue" worthy models striking poses, wearing funny hats, and engaging in questionable eating habits to the spacey beats. You can see members of the Miracles Club performing as part of ECSTASY tomorrow night at Valentine's.
