Y La Bamba På en Liten Skrivbord

Posted by Ezra Ace Caraeff on Thu, Jul 21, 2011 at 11:19 AM

Oh crap, I think Google Translate turned my subject translation into Swedish instead of Spanish.

Well, no matter the language you will enjoy this nice audio treat of Y La Bamba performing at a tiny desk. As part of the NPR series the band, which is fresh off tour supporting Neko Case, stopped by and played "Crocodile Eyes," "Fasting In San Francisco," and "Hughson Boys" at the desk of All Songs Considered host Bob Boilen.

If any local bands want to stop by my desk, it really needs to be cleaned and reorganized. You can play a song if you want, just as long as I can see my reflection in the spotless desk when you leave.
