News Blitzen Trapper Announce National Co-Headlining Tour With Dawes

Hitting the road in October in support of their upcoming American Goldwing LP, Portland's Blitzen Trapper is circling the country and sharing the bill with L.A. roots rockers Dawes. It's a solid match up, with both bands eager to share their raucous Americana spirits and rambling country fervor. Here's hoping for rich, acoustic collaborative sets and extensive harmonies aplenty.

A list of dates and cities is after the jump, tickets go on pre-sale this Friday (regular sale next Friday) on the band's website, where you can also throw in some other goodies like an exclusive t-shirt and stuff. Before "The Blitz" takes off, be sure to see them at the Crystal Ballroom, September 9th, as part of MFNW.
