Carter Tutti Void - "V3"

Throbbing Gristle's Chris Carter and Cosey Tutti have joined forces with Factory Floor's Nik Void to bring us Carter Tutti Void. The album, titled Transverse, is unusual in that the basis of the tracks were prepped in a studio, and then recorded live with overdubs during the group's performance at London's Short Circuit festival last year. The single "V3" just dropped, and it exemplifies the darker sounds we love from these three talented artists: sinister, circling bass pikes, minimal electronics, abrasive industrial scrapes, and hedonistic moans as grimy as anything from Gristle's Annual Reports.

Transverse is out March 27 on Mute.
