I'd agree, except that Apple/iTunes now has an option for lossless track downloads. I can't remember if they're in 256kbps AAC or FLAC or some other alphabet soup mashup, but you can most definitely get tracks that don't bottom out the high range or top off the z-axis or whatever the fuck audiophiles think they can hear on 192kbps MP3s.<br>

As far as I know The Beatles don't exist on iTunes purely because of legal/licensing issues. Someone is holding out for a bigger paycheck.
