      <![CDATA[Hell yes!  This is awesome news.  Arthur was one of my favorite music mags of the 2000s, and I'm psyched that it's being done in Portland now.  Every issue was packed with the best music interviews and weirdo culture and political stuff.  The ArthurFest they put on in 2005 was pretty phenomenal too and I hope something like that can happen again.
